The Vintners of Vinothek
This winery has been there for centuries. Riesling is the grape variety, which this vintner carefully cultivates in harmony with nature, on the posts of the steep slopes of a small vineyard in the Mosel. The producer quite intentionally does not seek to follow the trend of the moment, but rather remain in what has been their small niche in the great wine markets of the world.
The Golter family winery lies in a romantic setting among fields and meadows in Schozachtal, south of Heilbronn in the main wine area of Würrtemberg. The first official notation of the existence of the winery of the family Golter was in 1743.
Divino is a cooperative of a number of Franconian vintners, which produces a range of the very best wines out of Franconia. This cooperative retains the drive to make very individual and exclusive wines, and a number of Divino's have won medals in prestigious competitions. In general, their wines have a very easy drinking style.
Father and son, Herbert and Manfred Braun, with only an extremely small winery, make some of the most outstanding wines in Franken.
The winery of Martin Göbel, whose ancestors had vineyards here in the 17th. century, lies in the eastern core of Randersacker. It remains a family operation, which has, for all those generations, tended the vines from which they make outstanding wines.
This producer appears to travel two wine making paths at once. On the one hand, there are the first class wines in a traditional vein, and on the other hand he seeks to impart his skills to wines, which break the traditional mold.
